Language Labs Based on the Ling Thesaurus
As an exciting part of our Education and Awareness Program, we are also producing FREE Language Labs!
Many of you have seen or used the Ling Thesaurus – a collection of all the words and phrases a kid needs to know by the time they’re 8. Beginnings is here to give parents, child care professionals, teachers, and other professionals who work with children, some activity starters! Put this on your fridge and use these words nonstop for the next two weeks. Remember, a kid with hearing loss might have to be exposed to each word up to 30 times before it is learned. Snap a pic while you’re out doing some of these activities and tag us on social media with the hashtags: #BSCLanguageLab #LanguageLab!
